  • Our office provides a receipt for treatment and patients are welcome to submit that receipt to their insurance for their personal compensation our office does not accept or bill any insurance entity
  • Our office does not accept: insurance, personal injury cases, workman’s comp cases, attorney liens or any type of health insurance.
  • Our office does not treat any MEDICARE/MEDICAID insurance recipients. (Our office can not accept out of pocket payment for any person on Medicare/Medicaid program).
